Description

The World Analytics section provides administrators with detailed insights into user engagement within specific worlds on the platform. It includes two main subsections:

  • Presence Analytics: This section offers a view of daily and hourly user activity, allowing administrators to track user engagement trends over time. Filters enable navigation through historical data, limited to the past three weeks.

  • Experience Analytics: This section displays a list of user experiences, searchable by context name, with details on individual experiences, participants, and step-by-step test results. To view analytics data for experiences, they must be created using nodes from the Reflectis SDK Creator Kit.

  • External LRS Configuration: Administrators can now configure an external Learning Record Store (LRS) directly within the World Analytics section. By entering the required connection details and authentication parameters, the external LRS integrates seamlessly with the platform’s native analytics. This integration enriches the available data, offering deeper insights into user learning and engagement.

  • Leaderboards (new)
Create and manage world Leaderboards used by experiences to submit scores. For each leaderboard you can set Name, Data type (e.g., integer), Display order (ascending/descending), and a Logic key used by the SDK/Creator Kit to write results. Enabling/disabling a leaderboard controls its visibility in the landing page ranking view.

Changing the Logic key does not migrate historical scores; past entries remain under the old key.

Together, these subsections equip administrators with the tools necessary to optimize user experiences, understand engagement patterns, and assess performance metrics within each world.
