Reflectis Back Office – Version 2025.5 Changelog

Added​

  • Tenant Environments (new section)

    • Import environments at tenant scope (recommended: one environment per ZIP).
    • Share by default to new worlds or toggle sharing per world.
    • Read-only in worlds; deleting a tenant environment removes it from all worlds and experiences created from it become unavailable.

  • World Mode

    • Per-world setting: Play or Catalog.
    • In Play mode you must select a Default Experience (from Back-Office → Experiences).
      Only Core Experiences can be set as default.

  • Facet-based World Permissions Configurator

    • New Facets tab in world editor to enable/disable platform features (tablet tools, chat, spawn files, analytics, etc.).
    • Set Base Role default permissions for the world.

  • Leaderboards (Analytics)

    • Create/Edit/Delete leaderboards (Name, Logic key, Data type, Display order, Enable).
    • Delete also removes stored scores.
    • Landing page shows rankings; scores are written via SDK/Creator Kit using the Logic key.
      Changing the key does not migrate historical data.

  • Experiences – External App

    • Create catalog items that launch an external application (web/deep link).
    • Fields: Web link, Android app scheme, Label, Description, Thumbnail, Content Tags, Spotlight.
    • On launch, users are logged in automatically (if the target app trusts your IdP).

  • Experience Analytics

    • Participant names preview in the list.

  • Files

    • New flag: Keep real-world size (prevents auto-normalization to 1 m³ on spawn).

  • Localization

    • Back Office now available in Italian / English.

Changed / Improved​

  • Environments (world level)

    • Flat list (no ZIP grouping), taggable, and Incomplete badge if thumbnail is missing.
    • World lists also show tenant-scoped environments (usable, not editable).

  • Experiences

    • Clear split between Core Experiences and External Apps in the create flow.
    • Publish/unpublish with “a catalogo” toggle.
    • Default Experience selector visible in list when World Mode = Play.

  • World editor

    • Tabs reorganized: General, Configurations & Limits, Facets, Permissions.
    • Limits: asset/environment/user caps; shard capacity; integration keys (locked until “Unlock”).

Notes​

  • Authored Experiences are created inside the app (Le mie esperienze) and do not appear in Back Office.
  • External Apps cannot be selected as Default Experience in Play mode.
  • Leaderboards use the configured Logic key; if you change it, update your experiences or plan a data migration.

Fixes & Polish​

  • Search and filtering performance improved across lists.
  • UI consistency and accessibility refinements on side panels and tables.
