Description
Tenant Manager Console
The Tenant Manager Console is the central hub for Tenant Managers to oversee and manage worlds, licenses, and resource usage within their tenant. This console comprises two main pages: Tenant and Tenant Analytics. Together, these sections provide Tenant Managers with the tools to manage virtual environments, and to monitor user analytics.
Tenant Page
The Tenant page allows the Tenant Manager to view, create, edit, and delete worlds within the tenant. Key features include:
- World List: A searchable list displaying all worlds in the tenant, each with basic details such as ID, label, and description. Tenant Managers can edit or delete worlds directly from this list.
- Creating and Editing Worlds: Tenant Managers can create new worlds by providing a label, description, thumbnail URI, and logo URI. They can also set the world as online at the time of creation or later during editing.
- Ownership Flag: By enabling the Ownership flag, the Tenant Manager automatically becomes the Owner of the new world, gaining additional permissions for managing that world.
- User Role Assignment: After creating a world, a dedicated section appears for assigning user roles within that world. Tenant Managers can designate users as Members or Owners, controlling access and management privileges.
