Reflectis Back Office – Version 2026.2 Changelog

Released in Feb 2026

Added

Enhanced Folder System

The asset management section has been reworked with a folder-based system across the Landing Page, App, and Back Office.

  • Tab navigation: "My files" and "Shared Files"
  • Folder organization with editable names
  • Drag & drop for files and folders
  • Bulk upload dialog with 3D-specific settings and folder creation
  • Multi-select with bulk action bar (delete, share, move)
  • Asset detail panel with inline editing
  • Sharing with V2 folder structure (share a folder or a root asset; cannot share a single asset inside a folder)
  • Automatic thumbnail generation on upload

Reflectis Credit System

A new "Credits" page has been added to the Back Office (requires ManageAI role). It allows administrators to monitor and control the AI credit system for their World.

Tabs:

  • Summary: shows total credits, used, and remaining
  • Users: lists all users with their individual credit balance

Actions:

  • Set role limits (Creators and Viewers credit allocation per renewal period)
  • Set user limit (custom cap for a specific user)
  • Reset user limit (revert to role default)
  • Add bonus credits to the World's balance

Invitations – Bulk Anonymous Codes

It is now possible to generate multiple anonymous invitation codes at once, instead of one at a time.

Changed

Rich Text Descriptions for Experiences

Experience descriptions now support HTML formatting (bold, italic, lists, links, etc.). When a description is sent to the Unity 3D environment, it is automatically converted to TextMeshPro-compatible markup so that formatting is preserved in-world.

What changed:

  • The experience description editor now uses a rich text (HTML) editor instead of plain text
  • When editing an existing experience, the editor is pre-populated with the current description
  • The Spotlight Carousel on the homepage now filters and displays descriptions correctly with HTML content
  • Session overlays (session detail and session overview) render formatted descriptions properly
